Organizational Development & Total Rewards Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Organizational Development & Total Rewards team. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting HR initiatives, maintaining job structures, and facilitating recognition and reward processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the grading process for roles by collecting job descriptions and applying the company’s methodology.

• Maintain the centralized job description repository and ensure alignment with the grading structure.

• Assist in periodic departmental chart reviews to identify redundancies or reporting gaps.

• Coordinate the implementation of organizational changes within the HRIS.

• Draft Total Rewards statements and support recognition programs.

• Assist in HRIS audits to ensure job titles and grades are accurate.

• Support data collection for compliance and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
